Cindy was beyond wonderful! Since this was the first home inspection I have ever been on, I didn’t know what to expect so when Cindy told me that I would be walking around the house with her so that I can ask questions and understand everything, I was pleasantly surprised. She takes pictures of everything throughout the inspection so she spends more time talking to you and less time writing things down. She is incredibly knowledgeable and honest about any issues the property. When there were things/concepts I didn’t understand, Cindy took the time to break it down and explain it to me like I’m 5 years old, which was incredibly appreciated.
After the inspection concluded, she gave us a binder with a book for new homebuyers and some homemade cookies (which were delicious). The turnaround time for the inspection report was less than 24 hours! The report was incredibly detailed and included all of the pictures she took throughout the walk.
